Quality Water & Air, Inc. was founded by George Grudich in 1971. For over 50 years we have been serving the Michigan market as a Manufacturers Stocking Representative. Quality Water & Air has focused on honesty, commitment, and providing quality service.
Our office is centrally located at 1402 Souter, Troy, MI. We are south of 15 Mile Road between Rochester Rd & Stephenson Highway. We stock all plumbing & heating products in our 18,000 sq ft warehouse and 15,000 sq ft secured yard. Our customers can count on us to stock everything they needed YESTERDAY!
We are extremely active in the bid and spec market, both commercial & industrial sales. We use the Builders Exchange Plan Room to produce plumbing and heating quotes. We can provide drain counts, drain take offs, piping diagrams, trench drain layouts, boiler & water heater sizing, submittals, and cut sheets.
